Dental Insurance We are contracted with most insurance companies. We accept Aetna, DSHS , Guardian, WDS, Humana, LifeWise, Dentamax, Tri-care, All Delta Dentals, Metlife, United Concordia, Premera, Regence and GEHA. We are happy to submit a claim to the insurance company on your behalf but ultimately the patient is responsible for the payment of the claim. Appointments We will do our best to schedule appointments at your convenience. We prefer to see preschool children in the morning because they tend to me more cooperative. Dental appointments are an excused absence and it is important to continue a regular dental care for your child so missing school can be kept to minimum. Please notify our office 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you are unable to make it to your appointment. We can schedule another patient that needs our care if we have enough time to notify them. We understand that emergencies can happen but we appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Fees and Payments Payment for dental treatment is due at the time of appointment. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, Visa and Master card. We also have a contract with an outside financial agent for your convenience. Every attempt will be made to make a treatment plan that fits your budget and time and provides the best care for your child.
Do I Stay with My Child During the Visit? We welcome you to stay with your child during dental appointment. Parents can provide comfort for their child but we recommend the parent to be just an observer during the dental visit. The dentist and the dental assistant will explain everything to your child to make him or her more comfortable. We require other children who are not being treated to remain in the waiting room with an adult until the appointment is over.
